Wattzy is an early stage web startup that's helping consumers save energy and the planet. We're looking for a user interface wizard to make our site look good and convert better.

Your main responsibilities will be synthesizing our decent mock ups and programming fu into a truly compelling web experience that delights minds, saves money and freshens the air.

Also, as a cofounder joining at the early stage, you'll have significant influence on Wattzy's development and opportunity to lead.

XHTML/CSS, Javascript skillz are an obvious must. Rails, AJAX, online marketing savvy and a good sense of humor are an excellent bonus.

The position is founder level, which means we're looking for the right person to take an equity interest and forgo salary (like the three other founders) for a little while.
